**2.1 Limited License**

Séntoire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

– Access and view our website for personal, non-commercial purposes

– Make purchases of our products for personal use

**2.2 Prohibited Uses**

You may NOT:

– Use our website for commercial resale or mass purchasing without authorization

– Batch numbers and production dates may vary

– All prices are displayed in AED (UAE) or SAR (KSA) and include 5% VAT

– Prices are subject to change without notice

– We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

– Sales/promotional prices are valid only during the advertised period

**3.3 Product Availability**

– Products are sold on an “available while stocks last” basis

– We will notify you immediately if an ordered product becomes unavailable

– You will have the option to substitute with a similar product or receive a full refund

  1. ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

**4.1 How Orders Work**

  1. You select products and add them to your cart
  2. You proceed to checkout and enter delivery information
  3. You select a payment method
  4. You review your order and click “Confirm Purchase”
  5. You receive an order confirmation email with order number and tracking details

**4.2 Order Acceptance**

– Your order is NOT confirmed until we send you an acceptance email

– We reserve the right to refuse any order that:

  – Contains incomplete or fraudulent information

  – Involves restricted products or destinations

  – Shows signs of fraud or unauthorized use

  – Violates any applicable law or our policies

**4.3 Order Modifications**

– Orders can only be modified within **2 hours** of placement

– Contact orders@sentoire.com immediately with your order number

– After 2 hours, your order enters processing and cannot be modified

– Pay on Delivery (COD) – where available

– Buy Now, Pay Later (Tabby, Tamara) – UAE only – if applicable

– Authorization may take 2-4 days; funds are held during this period

**5.3 Failed Payments**

– If payment fails, your order is cancelled

– You will be notified via email

– Your card will NOT be charged multiple times

– You may retry payment or select an alternative payment method

**5.4 Currency & Fees**

– Prices shown are in your local currency (AED or SAR)

– No hidden fees apply

– Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees (not our responsibility)

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

**6.1 Shipping Options**

– **Standard Delivery:** 2-4 days (UAE), 4-7 days (KSA)

– **Express Delivery:** 24-48 hours (UAE), 3-5 days (KSA) – additional fee applies

**6.2 Shipping Address Requirements**

– You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

– We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses

– P.O. Boxes are NOT eligible for delivery (address must be a physical location)

– Apartment buildings must include building number, floor, and unit number

**6.3 Delivery Liability**

– Once we hand over your package to the courier, it becomes their responsibility

– We provide FREE tracking and insurance up to AED 300 / SAR 300

– For higher-value orders, purchase additional insurance during checkout

– Claims for lost/damaged packages must be filed within 7 days of delivery date

**6.4 International Shipping**

– We ship to select countries (subject to availability)

– International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes

– Delivery times vary (7-21 days depending on destination)

– We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders
